ECURA Oxidized Regenerated Cellulose
ECURA ORC is a plant-derived, absorbable topical hemostatic range developed to support rapid bleeding control during surgical procedures. It is intended for use when conventional methods such as suturing, ligation, or cauterization are insufficient or impractical.
ECURA ORC works locally at the site of bleeding, forming a soft matrix that supports clot formation. The material is biocompatible, fully absorbable, and designed to minimize tissue reaction while providing reliable hemostasis across multiple surgical specialties.
Four different types of ECURA ORC are available:
